Orange Stripe Brewed Ginger Beer Soft Drink Recipe

Having a non-alc soft drink on tap has never been so easy with Impressence Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots.

This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your Jamaican Ginger Beer Soft Drink with the complexity of an authentic brewed beverage but without the alcohol.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)


RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 4 x KL43120 - Impressence - Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 250mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL 950g x White Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 950g White Sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.

  3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]


9.5L Keg

You will need: 2 x KL43120 - Impressence - Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 250mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Not Included: 475g x White Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 475g White Sugar in 1L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots sachets.

  3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
