Solo / Pub Squash Soft Drink Recipe

Having a non-alc soft drink on tap has never been so easy with Impressence Pub Squash Flavour Shots.

This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your own clone of Solo but also allows you to add more/less sugar to get to the sugar level that you prefer.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)


RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 4 x KL41836 - Impressence - Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL 1.7kg - White Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 1.7kg White Sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 4 x Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.

  3. Top up to 19L with water.

  4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]


9.5L Keg

You will need: 2 x KL41836 - Impressence - Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL 850g - White Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve 850g White Sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Lemon Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.

  3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
