Queensland Gold Rum & Diet Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Bundy Rum and Diet Cola. Give it a crack on a Bundy Sundy!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Bundaberg style Rum and Diet Coke that has the perfect combination of intense woody notes and caramel sweetness with hints of floral and spice blended with rich and full flavoured Diet Cola.

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Kit Includes: 1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 2 x KL33091 - Impressence - Queensland Gold Rum Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Instructions:
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Queensland Gold Rum Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Instructions:
Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Bases to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 1 x Queensland Gold Rum Spirit Flavouring sachet.
Add 1 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
