Bundaberg Zero Sugar Ginger Beer Clone Soft Drink Recipe

Mixing up a keg of your own zero sugar Bundaberg style ginger beer soft drink has never been so easy with the Impressence Flavour Shots.

This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your own clone of Zero Sugar Bundaberg Ginger Beer. this recipe is a surefire spicy boy with Zero Sugar! Strong ginger spice backed by a balanced tangy sweetness. It's the kind of smack in the face a loved one would do to snap you out of a hypnotic flavour trance. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)


RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 4 x KL41860 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 4 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL No sugar required!

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shots sachets to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.

  3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]


9.5L Keg

You will need: 2 x KL41860 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

No sugar required!

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.

  3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
