Assembly

Slide the seal to the back of the evapourator and followed by the auger.

Slide the tank onto the evaporator, then press the pull handle down to lock it into place.

Assemble the spring and spool into the discharge pipe of the tank (spring first), ensure the opening of the spool is facing out.

Push the handle into the mounting bracket. Ensure the handle lever is engaged into the top section of the spool. Then fix into place with the handle bolt.

Add the drip tray cover to the drip tray and push it into position. Place the fill port cover over the fill port.

The Benchy Slushy is now fully assembled.

Using the Control Panel

Button	Short Press/Tap	Long Press/Hold for 3 Second
	Enters manual mode. Increases temperature/viscosity.	Turns the machine's power ON or OFF.
	Enters manual mode. Decreases temperature/viscosity.	Starts the automatic rinse cycle.
	Sets temperature to preset value for each functions.	Overides the preset temperature with temperature set via manual mode.

Button	Operation	Function
	Hold Simulataniously	Changes Temperature Uunits (°C/°F)
	Turn off machine. Hold simultaniously until you hear a single beep.	Resets to factory default settings.

Display	Meaning
	Unit has power, is not turned on
	Unit is turned on. Select function.
	Sugar content in mix is too low. Add more sugar or Slushy Booster and wait 10 minutes for mache to resume normal operation.
