Hard Dig Bick's Lemon, Lime & Bitters Zero Sugar - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe

You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of refreshing zero sugar, alcoholic Lemon, Lime & Bitters that is citrus packed, and bitter to boot.

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This easy to use kit allows you to whip up a keg of your own Bickford's inspired alcoholic and zero sugar, Lemon, Lime & Bitters in no time. This Australian Classic will quench your thirst like no tomorrow.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)


RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 2 x KL43113 - Impressence - Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL 2 x KL45254 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sugar not required!

Instructions:

  1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters flavour shot sachets.

  3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachets.

  4. Top up to 19L with water.

  5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]


9.5L Keg

You will need: 1.4L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 1 x KL43113 - Impressence - Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL 1 x KL45254 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 - 50ml 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Sugar not required!

Instructions:

  1. Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 1 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters flavour shot sachet.

  3. Add 1 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachet.

  4. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  5. Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C
