Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This easy to use kit allows you to whip up a keg of your own Gordon's style London Dry Gin and Diet Tonic in no time. This Gin and Tonic is light on sugar, but not light on flavour with classic zesty, piney juniper notes of London Dry Gin with delicate floral flavours of Mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic.

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

19L Keg
You will need: 2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 4 x KL33138 - Impressence - London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml 4 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Instructions:
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
9.5L Keg
You will need: 1.4L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 2 x KL33138 - Impressence - London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring - 50ml 2 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50ml 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetened Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
