Hard Blunderburg Ginger Beer Ready to Keg Kit Recipe

You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make hard bundaberg ginger beer in your own keg system yourself.

This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own hard Ginger Beer but also allows you to add more/less sugar to get to the sweetness that you prefer.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Not Included: 680g x White Sugar

Recipe

1. Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.

2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.

3. Add 4 x Ginger Beer Flavouring sachets.

4. Top up to 19L with water.

5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Recipe

1. Dissolve 340g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg

2. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.

3. Add 2 x Ginger Beer Flavouring sachets.

4. Top up to 9.5L with water.

5. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
