This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your Jamaican Ginger Beer VINKA RTK with the complexity of an authentic brewed beverage.

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL43120 - Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml

Instructions:

1. Add 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg

2. Add 4 x Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL

3. Add 2 x Sugar Blend 1 Sachets

4. Top up to 19L with water

5. Then add 2 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

You will need: 10 x KL39789 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 250mL 2 x KL43120 - Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL 1 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml

Instructions:

1. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Bases to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg
2. Add 2 x Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots - 250mL .
3. Add 1 x Sugar Blend 1 Sachet

4. Top up to 9.5L with water

5. Then add 1 x FermStop sachets. (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
