This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg bold tropical sunset passionfruit vibes, equally as sweet as they are sour.. (please note, this comes in clear seltzer format. DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)
RECOMMENDED RECIPE:
19L Keg
Kit Includes: 1 x KL41942 - 4 x KL44332 - 2 x KL45254 - 2 x KL41928 -
Sugar not required.
Instructions:
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 -
Add 4 x Passionfruit Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
9.5L Keg
Sugar not required.
Instructions:
Add 2 x Passionfruit Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 1 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 3 sachet.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
